Terms of training
These terms govern workshops, chart reviews, the reading circle, and mentoring blocks offered by Build Vertex Core. By requesting a sitting or paying a deposit you accept them. They are written for training in volume analysis and market participation signals, not for a software licence.

Acceptance
A booking exists only when we have written to accept your pre-work or sample pages and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit has cleared. Listing a date on the workshop diary is not an offer capable of acceptance by clicking. We may refuse a sitting if the pages you send are not volume-readable, if the book is outside the published scope, or if the table is full.
The training, not advice
Sessions teach how to read volume and participation on session prints. They are educational. They are not personal investment advice, not a recommendation to deal, and not a managed account. You remain responsible for any trading or investment decision you take after a sitting. Past session examples used in the room are teaching material, not forecasts.
Your responsibilities
You will supply honest pre-work, arrive on time, and not record the room without written permission. You will not present our marked pages or spoken examples as a signal service to third parties. If you attend by video, you will keep the sitting private to the people we have accepted.
Intellectual property
Printed chart packs, journal templates, Friday circle prints, and written notes we send you remain our copyright. You may keep them for your own study. You may not copy them into a course, newsletter, or paid group. Your own journals and session prints remain yours. Anything you send us for review is used only to prepare and deliver that sitting unless you agree otherwise.
Fees and taxes
Published fees are in pounds sterling and are informational until confirmed in writing. We will say in the confirmation whether VAT applies. Payment is by bank transfer as described in that email. This site does not take card payments.
Changes to a sitting
We may change a Framlingham room to Grey Street, or the reverse, if numbers require it, and will say so in writing. If we cancel a block entirely, you may take a later date or a refund as set out on the refund page. If you arrive unprepared — for example without the requested printed sessions — we may shorten the useful part of the sitting; that is not a change of contract by us.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the sitting with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions you take after the room. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that English law does not allow to be limited. For other losses, our liability for a sitting is limited to the fees you paid for that sitting.
Events outside our control
If a hired room is withdrawn, or tutor illness makes a date impossible, we will offer a new date or a refund of sums paid for the unused sitting. We are not obliged to recover your travel or hotel costs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for later bookings. The version that applies is the one on this page on the day we accept your sitting, unless a confirmation email states otherwise.
